Observed sanitizer buckets had 50-100ppm concentration of quat solution measured by test strip. All wet wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations. Wiping cloths were placed in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations at time of inspection. Further inspection showed the sanitizer dispenser was inconsistently dispensing sanitizer at different concentrations. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
