Certify and provide a test report. 2) Provide 1" minimum air gaps for ice machine and soda drain lines above the floor sinks. 3) Conduct a deep clean of the ice machine interior. 4) Caulk all sink fixtures to the walls with silicone. 5) Caulk the toilet base with silicone. 6) Caulk around all escutcheon plates and plumbing penetrations throughout the facility. 7) Provide ASSE 1022 dual checks at the water supply lines connected to non-carbonated beverage equipment. 8) Provide a hose bib vacuum breaker at the hose bib faucet located at the back exterior. 9) Provide a covered sanitary napkin waste container in the restroom. 10) Provide a 3/8th inch minimum cove base to the floor/wall junctures of the back area and restroom. 11) Continue repairing the wall corners. Recommend corner guards to prevent future damage. 12) Please remove all unnecessary items from the back exterior area. 13) Repair the lights above the ice machine to provide 50 foot candles minimum. Please be advised that the New Business Permit Application fee includes one initial inspection and one follow-up inspection.
