May be installed to the right side of the 3-compartment sink. There are no hand sinks visible from the cook line. Correct By: Correct Prior To Reinspection
PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-205.15 (A), P: System Maintained in Good Repair; According to Law 1) Provide an ASSE 1013 (RPZ) backflow device upstream of the rethermalizer. Provide a funnel drain below the relief port of the RPZ and drain to a floor sink. 2) Provide an ASSE 1022 dual check valve for any countertop steamer units, all non-carbonated beverage equipment. 3) Replace the 3-compartment sink faucet. Threading is stripped on the main handle. 4) Provide 1-inch air gaps for all drain lines above a floor sink. 5) Repair the AVB backflow device at the mop sink faucet. AVB was leaking water. 6) Reroute the T&P drain line to the mop sink. 7) Repair the cold water handle at the front hand sink. 8) Switch the hot and cold water lines at the prep sink. Hot needs to be on the left and cold on the right. 9) Test and certify all backflow devices and provide the report. 10) Repair the leak at the chemical dispenser. Provide metal hose clamps instead. 3) Provide high temperature silver colored silicone to the gaps of the hood. 4) Silicone the left side of the 3-compartment sink. 5) Reseal around the pipes behind the freezer condenser fan.
