Calibrated inspector's Thermapen and min/max thermometers along with establishment's thermometer in ice water at 32*F. Observed refrigerated make table near front to have ambient temperature of 51*F holding Time/Temperature Control for Safety (TCS) foods (Cut tomatoes, dressings, marinara, cheese, mayo) with internal temperature measured to be 55-64*F. Per Person in Charge (PIC) items have been in unit overnight, and when unit was checked this morning it was in the 50's. Items were removed to voluntarily discard, see embargo. Observed refrigerated make table near back to be holding TCS foods (cheeses, cut lettuce, cut tomatoes) with internal temperatures measured to be 47-59*F. Per PIC items have been in unit overnight. Items appear to be stacked high and lid appears to have not been closed completely. All other TCS items in unit holding 41*F or below at time of inspection. Items were voluntarily removed to discard, see embargo.

New owner inspection walk through. Establishment is on a public water source but has a septic system. This system is being modified. Please note that you are required to submit plans for the modification to the water and waste division. Permit can be approved now but may become invalid of you are not connected to an approved sewer system. The restaurant and bar will need to close for business during the septic system modifications.The structure will be split in the near future and separated by means of a wall through the dining area. At this time the North bar will no longer be used and will be demolished.This location is planning to remodel the back storage room. When you get closer to the start dat and have a plan please contact your plan review inspector for a discussion to decide if you need to submit plans or not.This establishment is no longer cooking outdoors.This establishment had 0 Priority, 2 Priority Foundation violations on this inspection.This establishment/operation has been evaluated and qualifies for the issuance of the permit.
