Core-5-205.15 (B), C: System Maintained in Good Repair; Maintained. Due to leak (below hand washing sink) cafeteria has been turning water on for use then turning back off. Observed Active Managerial Control measures already implemented upon arriving for inspection, including temporary hand washing sink stations (with hot water, appropriately used during inspection), ware washing sinks correctly set up and per cafe manager many items on menu are prewrapped/packaged. School has a work order put in for repair but it will not be conducted until school is over due to extensive work estimated to repair. Provided remodel application, if significant changes are made then a remodel permit may be required. At time of inspection plumbing issues are isolated to kitchen, restrooms are accessible nearby for staff and students. Correct By: Correct Prior To Next Routine Inspection
