Per PIC the sliced ham came from the undated bulk ham. Embargoed the homemade hummus, cheeses and ham and PIC discarded at time of inspection. Discussed with PIC to have blade sharpened/replaced as often as necessary to avoid small metal shavings to get into foods. PIC took the can opener to the three-compartment sink to get washed. Also observed the half of the bottom shelf under the prep table to be out of place and storing food prep items below the required 6 inches off of the ground. PIC relocated all food prep items at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Rubber cove base with 3/8” radius will be provided at walls and floor junctures.
