Use stainless steel, pex, or similar. 5) Have RPZ backflow for soda system tested. Backflow must be tested yearly. Maintain certificate on site for inspection. 6) Repair 3-compartment sink faucet so that hot water can completely turn off from the tap handle, and so that there are no leaks. Remove all duct tape throughout establishment and repair walls/equipment as necessary. 13) Remove all unused items from establishment. Owner states that previous owner will be picking up some items.
