Observed hand sink dispensing water at 90'F at time of inspection. Discussed hand sink requirements with PIC. PIC stated that they will submit a work order to address the issue. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. A reinspection will occur on or prior to 9/12/2025 to verify the correction. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.

Observed 500+ PPM quat sanitizer in bucket directly beneath the deli slicer. PIC did not have test strips to verify the sanitizer concentration (See Violation #48). Discussed approved use of sanitizers with the person-in-charge (PIC). Sanitizer must be used at concentrations and in an approved manner per manufacturer instructions, 40 CFR 180.940, and 40 CFR 180.2020. Sanitizer was diluted by PIC to approved levels at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Construction has been completed.Owner would like to change the business name from Sultan Smoke Shop to Knockout Subs for the Deli area. Business name has been changed.All stipulated items on the ATC letter had been addressed.Permit is approved.Please address the following items prior to the routine inspection:1. Clean the mop/ water heater room. 2. Check/ clean the mop sink. There is a lot of sediment inside the mop basin.3. Provide side splash guard on the left side of the food prep sink. Splashguard must be at the height of the faucet and length of the sink.
