Per owner, the establishment will add kitchen and apply for an Eating and Drinking permit with hood and new layout of the kitchen area. Informed owner that plans and application for the new permit must be done at least 30 days before demolition start. Please address the following items prior to the routine inspection:1. Continue cleaning and removal of any un-usable items in the facility.2. Caulk and seal all gaps, cracks and penetrations throughout.3.
