Observed Food residue on the bottom of fridges and over the top of freezer units. Nonfood-contact surfaces shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. Nonfood-contact surfaces shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Priority Foundation-5-103.11, Pf: Capacity-Quantity and Availability --- Observed handwashing sink in the food processing area not capable of dispensing hot water. The sink in question only dispenses water when the cold valve is turned on, with water measured at 78'F. All other plumbing fixtures (mop sink, 3-compartment sink, food prep sink) in the establishment working as intended and are capable of dispensing hot water. PIC stated that the hot water connection for the handwashing sink had broken down earlier and a technician had already been contacted for repair later today. PIC was notified handwashing sink in question must be repaired within 24 hours to dispense hot water at 100'F. Reinspection for this violation scheduled for 11/06/23.
