Wiping cloths were placed in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations at time of inspection. also spray bottle in the back food prep. area marked as sanitizer. checked concentration, both for quat and chlorine. noted at 0 ppm. manager drained and refilled with chlorine, 50 ppm established. corrected 3-304.14 - Core: Wiping Cloths, Use Limitation
