Observed blenders used for yogurt blend smoothies, stored with food debris in front of establishment. According to PIC, blenders are rinsed in between each use and only sanitized once a week. Provided proper training to employee to ensure all food contact surfaces used for TCS foods are washed, rinsed and sanitized at a minimum of 4 hours.
