Items must be date marked within 24 hours and sold or discarded after 7 days (including the day it was made as day 1). All RTE/TCS foods were properly date marked at the time of inspection. Observed a pet dog in the dining room of the establishment. PIC did not confirm with the customers that it is a service animal before letting them sit down in the establishment. Instructed PIC to identify whether or not it is a service animal and discussed that if it is a pet, it is not allowed in the establishment. PIC confirmed it is not a service animal and asked the customers to remove the dog from the establishment. Discussed with PIC that the only animals allowed in the food establishment are service animals. Live animals prohibited on premises of food establishment, with the exception of fish in aquariums, shellfish, patrol dogs (in certain areas), service animals. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
