Observed almond, cheese snacks, macaroni salad, deli sandwich, hoagie sandwich, turkey pinwheel, yogurt, cottage cheese, string cheese, and spicy chicken sandwich with an internal temperature of 51-53*f. All items were set aside to be discarded, and equipment was marked out of order at time of inspection.

Upright reach-in cooler was holding ambient air temperature of 52*f at time of inspection. Doors remained unlocked allowing customers to purchase TCS foods. Must repair prior to 1.30.26. Cold holding equipment must hold ambient air temperatures below 41*f at all times, or vending machine must shut off or lock after the temperature rises above 41ᵒ F for more than 30 minutes immediately after the machine is filled, serviced, or restocked.
