Observed thawing raw turkey in produce sink. Turkey was submerged under water, but water wasn't turned on. Manager put turkeys in large container, submerged in water, and running cold water. Ensure that the food doesn't get above 41F during thawing. Ensure that product is under running water when thawing outside the fridge. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
