Todays date 8/26. Observed deli case holding meats and cheeses. Following items found out of date (listed by expired date) honey chicken breast 8/23, salsa turkey 8/23, Italian ham 8/18, blackened turkey 8/20. Per store manager sprouts policy for labeled 6th day (final day) and discard is following day the 7th day. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
