Predefined Comment: Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Predefined Comment: PIC relocated all items blocking handwash sink at time of inspection.

Observed no test strips available at time of inspection for testing sanitizer solutions (manager stated chlorine sanitizer will be used). Obtain test strips prior to re-inspection, within 10 days (8/30) - proof may be provided electronically. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. 4-303.11 - Core: Cleaning Agents and Sanitizers, Availability Addl Notes: Observed no sanitizer available at time of inspection for sanitizing equipment. Facility currently has very limited food contact surfaces to sanitize (pitchers for soda) - instructed manager to obtain chlorine sanitizer from nearby store so that all equipment can be properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized as needed. Proper procedures were reviewed and guidance provided. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
