No hand sink observed in direct line of sight. Discussed a hand sink is required every 25 feet, in direct line of sight without door or breezeways. Discussed a hand sink will be required if a supporting handwashing violation is documented.
Inspector's notes
Observed the ice machine drain lines stored below the flood rim of the floor sink in the back room. A 1 inch air gap above the flood rim is required. Also observed a leak from the wash compartment drain line of the 3 comp sink. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed staff washing food bowls with soap water then rinsed them before air dried. Inspector did not see the sanitizing step as final rinse. Coached staff and owner the important three steps: wash rinse and sanitize all food equipment. The final rinse compartment is now set up for proper sanitizing the food equipment during inspection.
