Inspector's notes

Observed missing baffles on the hood vent, creating gaps that affect functionality. Also observed one of the doors on the freezer unit, holding frozen fries, hanging off the hinges. Staff used a towel to prop the door up and help keep the door closed. All foods in the unit were frozen. Proper repair is required. Alerted the manager, who plans to put in a work order for both of the pieces of equipment. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Inspector's notes

Observed several broken and missing floor tiles in the main kitchen. The missing tiles exposed raw, porous concrete, which was holding water. Proper repair is required. Do not use unapproved methods. Establishment is to cover the raw concrete with an approved surface or sealant to make the area non-absorbent, smooth, and easily cleanable. Discussed premises requirements with the manager. Physical facility must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
