All floors, walls, and ceilings shall be maintained in good repair and repaired such that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Observed sanitizer bucket stored in handwash sink at front register counter. Observed no paper towels at bathroom handwash sink. Handwash sinks shall be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities shall be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Person in charge (PIC) removed sanitizer bucket blocking front register counter handwash sink and provided hand drying provision for bathroom handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes
Observed 48ᵒF-53ᵒF internal temperature range, per probe thermometer, of shredded cheese, cooked potatoes, Pico de Gallo, and shredded lettuce inside prep cooler across from cookline. Per person in charge (PIC), shredded cheese, cooked potatoes, Pico de Gallo, and shredded lettuce were removed from functioning walk-in cooler and stored in prep cooler one hour prior to inspection. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods shall be maintained at 41°F or below. Shredded cheese, cooked potatoes, Pico de Gallo, and shredded lettuce improperly cold held were relocated to alternative functioning refrigeration unit to rapidly cool to 41°F at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Establishment shall repair prep cooler such that it maintains TCS foods at 41°F or below prior to re-inspection on 6/23/26. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
