Observed no hand soap at the only hand sink in the bar and the only hand sink next to the ice machine. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC provided soap for handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

During inspection, owner arrived with a dog off leash which promptly went behind bar before being called to back area. Please ensure pets are prohibited inside establishment (service animals are permitted, but are not allowed in service areas and cannot not be handled by employees during service).
