Observed standing water on flooring around large ice bins at bar area. PIC stated it is due to ice melting in ice bins and loose lid of ice bin. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection.
