Observed missing ceiling tiles towards front of establishment and water actively dripping onto the ground from air conditioning unit. Per PIC, several work orders have been put in place for the damaged equipment over the last few days. All floors, walls, and ceilings must be maintained and repaired such that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Physical facility must be maintained in good repair at all times.
