Eggs not treated to destroy Salmonellae can be stored in equipment that maintains an ambient air temperature of 45°F or below. Per PIC, sliced tomatoes and chopped lettuce had been placed in the prep table between 2 and 3 hours prior to inspection and were placed in the freezer to rapidly cool. Per PIC, the tuna, chicken, and bacon had been placed in the prep table that morning and were tossed out. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
