Manager called dishwasher company and scheduled a same day repair service. Discussed using a 3-comp sink until dishwashers have been serviced and tested functional. Inspection report was e-mailed.

Observed bartender dump sanitizer bucket in dedicated bar hand wash sink during inspection.
