Observed no hand towels available at the hand sink in the back of the establishment. Informed PIC that there needs to be hand drying provisions available at all hand sinks at all times. PIC provided hand towels at time of inspection. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC provided hand drying provision for handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed an ice cream scoop sitting in room temperature stagnant water inside a trough with the water spigot turned off. Informed PIC that the water needs to be running for in use utensils and they cannot be left sitting in stagnant room temperature water. PIC turned on water at time of inspection. In-use utensils must be stored in a clean, dry location; in running water; or in hot water above 135°F. If utensils are stored in food, the handles must be stored above the surface of the food. All in-use utensils were properly stored at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed the drainpipes from the water filtration system (blue and clear) fallen into the floor drain in the corner of the water filtration room. Informed PIC that the pipes need to be raised so that there is a one-inch air gap between the outlet of the pipes and the face of the floor drain. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
