Observed the large reach in unit holding temperature at 50.2 deg F (according to the min/max thermometer) Manager removed all TCS food items and discarded or placed in walk in. Currently there is no TCS food items cold holding in unit. Manager informed inspector a new unit is on order. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed hose attached to the mop sink faucet and the hose was attached to a chemical spray nozzle. PIC removed shut-off downstream from atmospheric vacuum breaker at time of inspection. Discussed with PIC about removing chemical spray nozzle from the mop sink hose when not in use. Shut-offs, including chemical dispensers and sprayer nozzles, are not approved for continuous installation downstream from atmospheric vacuum breakers. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
