Inspector's notes

Observed cooked rice in the steam table with temperature of 110 degrees Fahrenheit. Per PIC, it had been there approximately an hour prior to inspection. Rice was reheated to 165 degrees prior to being placed back to hot hold. Steam table temperature was set too low, PIC increased the temperature on the unit. TCS foods shall be held hot at 135 degrees Fahrenheit or above to prevent microbial growth. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
