Observed hot table holding broccoli, mac and cheese, pulled chicken and pulled pork 108-122*f degrees. Upon inspection table was low on water. and Per PIC items were inside table less than 2 hours. Table water level filled and items reheated to 165*f degrees. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
