Re-inspection is tentatively scheduled for 8/22/25. Of note: establishment has added a hot dog roller-style grill. Provided information about Food Protection Manager and Food Handler card requirements and testing providers via e-mail. If any open TCS foods (i.e. packages of hot dogs being opened) will be handled in the storage room, a hand washing sink and remodel application may be required.

Inspector's notes

Observed packages of hot dogs with internal temperature of 52 degrees Fahrenheit. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. Hot dogs were located in an under-counter refrigerator that was holding at ambient temperature of 55F with min-max thermometer and is not critical to establishment's cold-holding capacity. Per person in charge (PIC) hot dogs were placed in unit 2-3 days prior to inspection. PIC voluntarily discarded the hot dogs - see embargo form. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
