Observed raw chicken stored above raw beef in the walk-in cooler. Raw animal foods were not properly separated or arranged to prevent cross-contamination. Raw poultry must be stored below other raw animal foods to prevent potential leakage and cross-contamination. Person in charge was informed of the proper storage order and corrected the violation by relocating the chicken below the beef. Corrected at time of inspection.
