Inspector's notes
Observed no hot water available from any of the sinks associated with the kitchen. Alerted staff who called their maintenance to come out and fix the water temperature. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. A reinspection will occur in 10 days. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection
