5-402.13, P – Conveying Sewage - In the parking lot, observed sewage backing up and overflowing in manhole near drive thru with customers driving and walking through it. Spoke with the person in charge onsite as well as manager via phone regarding suspending operations until sewage repairs are fully completed. At the time of the inspection, the person in charge locked doors and blocked drive thru to suspend operations. Red "closure" sign posted by the inspector. Notice of suspension of permit emailed to operator. Provided a copy of the Notice of Suspension of Operating Permit form to establishment. A permit holder shall immediately discontinue operations and notify the regulatory authority if an imminent health hazard may exist because of an emergency such as a fire, flood, extended interruption of electrical or water service, sewage backup, misuse of poisonous or toxic materials, onset of an apparent foodborne illness outbreak, gross insanitary occurrence or condition, or other circumstance that may endanger public health. Corrective Action: Correct at once.
