-- No paper towels available for hand drying in 1 of 1 handwash stations in kitchen at the time of inspection. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. The PIC provided hand drying provision for handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes
-- Chlorine concentration undetectable in low temp dishwasher in kitchen. The inspector assisted PIC with priming and rerunning the dishwasher and the concentration levels consistently tested below 50ppm-100ppm requirement. At the time of inspection requested the PIC place "out of order/do not use" signage on dishwasher and call technician for service repairs. The PIC will instruct employees to take dishware back to main kitchen to wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes until repairs are completed. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
