Observed handwashing station near the washing machine with some metal containers inside the basin. PIC organized washing station area and removed any unnecessary items at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing.

Per PIC, an employee probably forgot to leave the cooked chicken uncovered less than 2 hours ago. PIC placed all cooked chicken on an uncovered metal container to cool down faster at time of inspection.
