Observed thick smears of grease and food residue and bits of food all throughout the kitchen including the floors, walls and some parts of the ceiling as well. Also observed thick smears/greasy residues on refrigerator doors and other surfaces. Also observed the use of cardboard in some areas, all of which attract pests. Discussed with person in charge to deep clean the entire kitchen, floors, walls and ceiling and to remove old cardboard from the kitchen. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Establishment must be maintained free of pests and all pest control measures must be conducted by a licensed pest control specialist. Must eliminate current pest control problem and obtain pest control from a certified and licensed pest control specialist by re-inspection.
