Manager removed nozzles soaking in sanitizer and properly rinsed and placed nozzles to air dry during inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed sausage, egg and cheese croissant with a discard date of 5/31, sausage, double cheese, bacon pretzel bun sandwich, sausage, egg, cheese muffin, ham, egg, cheese croissant, and ribs sandwich with a discard date of 6/3. All RTE/TCS foods past 7 days of preparation were Comment: discarded by PIC at the time of inspection.
