Inspector's notes

Observed no hand cleanser at the hand wash sink located at the bar. Per PIC and bartender, the staff use the kitchen's hand wash sink to wash hands since the bar hand wash sink has issues using the pump installed at the sink. Employee pulled out a bottle of soap at time of inspection. Each handwashing sink must be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

At time of inspection observed the bar well facing the bowling alley with ice in the well and there was a bag of puree sitting in the ice. Per PIC, the ice is used for customer's drinks only. The employee burned all the ice. Ice used as an exterior coolant may not be used as an ingredient in any food/drinks. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed sliced tomatoes, pico, guacamole, and shredded lettuce with internal temperatures between 50 and 55 degrees Fahrenheit at the time of inspection. PIC had employee discard these TCS items, and put non-TCS food back in the walk in refrigerator. TCS foods shall be held at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below to prevent microbial growth. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
