Observed establishment with new installed handwashing sink near the hot holding mobile cart. Establishment utilizes hot holding cart to serve pop up breakfast/lunch. Per PIC, establishment has been utlizing cart since Nov. Please submit an application, supporting documentation, and fees within 5 business days or legal action may result pursuant to MCEHC Chapter 1, Regulation 4(e).
