Observed container stored in handwash sink in front prep area. Also observed container lids stored in handwash sink next to back prep area. Person in charge removed at time of inspection. Handwash sinks are to only be used to wash hands, not for any storage. PIC will ensure establishment discontinues use of handwash sink for all activities that are not for handwashing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. 6-301.11 - Priority Foundation: Handwashing Cleanser, Availability.
