Inspector's notes
Observed small rodent droppings under the soda dispenser. Per PIC they last had pest control on site in January due to pests being in the same area. Facility is connected to outdoor swimming area and facility has identified points of entry for pests. Establishment must be maintained free of pests and all pest control measures must be conducted by a licensed pest control specialist. Must eliminate current pest control problem, clean affected areas, seal points of entry, and obtain pest control from a certified and licensed pest control specialist by re-inspection. Correct prior to re-inspection on 7/11/25.

Inspector's notes
Observed an in-use ice machine with black, slimy, organic-like material growing behind the deflector panel. Per PIC ice from the machine is used in customer drinks. Educated PIC that ice is considered a food item when used in customer drinks. Instructed PIC in clean-in-place procedure using a hot soapy rinse, hot water rinse, and hot water plus sanitizer rinse. For calcification break-up, a 1-1 mixture of hot water and white vinegar can be used. Correct by next routine inspection.

Observed a reach-in cold holding unit condenser with black, slimy, organic-like matter growing along the edge and dripping into collection pans. Condenser also shows signs of ice build. Educated PIC on regular cleaning routines and removal of ice. Nonfood-contact surfaces shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. Nonfood-contact surfaces shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. Correct prior to next routine inspection.
