PRIORITY VIOLATION-7-204.11, P: Sanitizers, Criteria-Chemicals Observed chlorine solution in sanitizer bucket behind bar to be above appropriate range, measured above 200. The solution was tested twice with the test strips PIC provided. PIC then diluted solution but it was still measuring above 200. PIC then dumped out and remade solution. The appropriate range for chlorine is 50 to 100 ppm. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
