Kitchen has been closed since earlier in year and now serves as a service kitchen for banquet set catering events where food is placed in serving dishes and customers can serve themselves. The front bar is open daily serving smoothies and coffee. Service hours for bar are 8-3 pm. Recommend reclassifying this permit-to a permit type 2

Operations are now focused on Private events and is open for dining Friday and Saturday. Sanitizer at chemical dispenser was dispensing chlorine at 200 ppm or above. Discussed with Permit holder how these dispensers are generally for quaternary ammonia concentrate, so switch chemicals or have dispenser adjusted to deliver chlorine between 50 and 100 ppm. Back dishwasher in storage room appeared to be dispensing detergent from a chlorine bottle, liquid was a green/dark color and tested 0 ppm for chlorine. Establishment did not have chlorine test strips.
