PIC will put in a work order to have the hand washing sink sealed. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed at the hand wash sink near the deli refrigerator and by the three compartment, to have a separate hot and cold knee pedal touchless set up. The pedals were not securely attached at the sink by the three-compartment sink and the one by the deli refrigerator reached a temperature exceeding 130*F. The cold water valve did not bring down the temperature. Discussed with PIC to have fixed/repaired/replaced in order to encourage proper hand washing without injury. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. Reinspection scheduled 9/25/24
