Discussed with manager on duty the need to place out of tempertaure items in the process of cooling back in the double door refrigerator. Items moved to cool. Observed red Jamaica drink cooling at 102*f degrees in a 5 gallon bucket in the double door fridge, item was iced to continue cooling at time of inspection.
