Items include 2 boxes of individual bottles of chocolate milk (49°F), 3 gallons of milk (50°F), 2 boxes of 1/2 pint cartons of milk (49°F), and a box of individual yogurt (50°F). Person in charge (PIC) stated all items had been in the unit over the weekend. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. Food contact surfaces were rewashed again under proper sanitizer concentration. Chlorine sanitizer concentration shall be 50-100ppm.
