Observed TCS dairy based mixed coffee with internal temperature between 54F - 57F in the cold holding coffee dispenser. The coffee dispenser machine was not operating at the time of inspection. The person in charge stated electrical repairs had been done the day before and the machine had not been turned back on. The person in charge discarded the bags of mixed coffee from the machine at the time of inspection. Discussed TCS cold holding temperature of 41F or below. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
