Observed chlorine sanitizer levels in the dishwasher that were measuring below 50-100 ppm as indicated by the testing strips. Person in charge primed the sanitizer for the dishwasher and after priming the sanitizer the chlorine sanitizer levels in the dishwasher were between 50-100 ppm as indicated by the test strips. Please ensure that staff are regularly priming and testing sanitizer levels in the dishwasher to verify that sanitizer levels are within the appropriate range of 50-100 ppm for chlorine sanitizer.
