All pest control for the establishment must be performed by a certified pest control specialist and chemicals for pest control must not be stored onsite. Observed no soap at the handwashing sink by the three compartment sink at the time of inspection. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC was the only employee on site and stated manager will bring soap later in the day. PIC will use handwashing sink up front until soap is provided for back handwashing sink. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection on 3/23/26, can be verified through electronic means.

Observed sanitizer in the three-compartment sink to have 0 ppm chlorine. Bleach was added to the sanitizer until it measured 50 ppm. Discussed with PIC that sanitizer should be 50-100 ppm chlorine; discussed procedure for self-mixing sanitizer and the importance of measuring chlorine concentration using test strips. Additionally observed blender being dipped into sanitizer for less than 10 seconds. Discussed with PIC that food-contact surfaces being sanitized with chlorine sanitizer should be submerged in sanitizer for at least 10 seconds. Blender was placed back in sanitizer for the appropriate time. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed the ice scoop being stored in the hand washing sink. Also observed the exterior surface of the blender vessels drying on the 3 comp sink to have food residue on the outside. Per the PIC these had been washed, rinsed and sanitized. Also observed plastic food bins in the reach in cold holding unit to discolored with a tan colored film/soil on the interior. Per the PIC the pan was clean and used to transfer fruits. Equipment food contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Ensure the inside and outside of all food contact surfaces are properly cleaned and sanitized. Store ice scoop with handle up in a clean container. Ensure all food containers are are thoroughly washed, rinsed, sanitized and allowed to air dry before use. The ice scoop and soiled containers were moved to the 3 comp sink to be cleaned.
