Observed backflow prevention system behind soda fountain installed at the wrong angle and the outflow drain is not underneath the rest of the system. Observed drain pipe underneath the rinse sink for the warewash machine held up out of the floor drain by a sanitary bucket. Pipe needs to be held up by a more permanent solution. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
